Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Kestrel Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 942 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
