Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
