Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Bright Vale Markets Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
