Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
