Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
