Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
