Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Nest Markets serves neighbourhoods around Sacramento with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
