Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
