Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
