Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Farms Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
