Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Rochester region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
