Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Facilities is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders.
