Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

Summit Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 976 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to meal programmes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
