Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
