Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Umber Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Reno. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits.
