Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Civic Services works with county and city offices around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
