Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Oak Foods produces packaged foods at its Indianapolis plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
