Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
