Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oklahoma City with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
