Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Basin Facilities Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
