Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
