Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Basin Civic Services is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
