Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
