Ironwood Pine Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
