Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Pike Pharma is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
