Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Ashton Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
