Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Cross Health Group is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
