Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Loom Property Management Group and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
