Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Seattle region. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
