Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Markets is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
