Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Willow Auto Group is a Albuquerque company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
