Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Umber Facilities and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
