Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Nest Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Charleston plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
