Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Cedar Basin Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Fresno, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
