Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Analytics is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 10 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
