Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Quarry Health provides primary and specialty care in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
