Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Tucson, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 302 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
