Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Savannah, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
