Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Cedar Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
