Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Summit Early Learning Partners and adding a Senior Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
