Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 538 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
