Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Haven Early Learning is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
