Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Cedar Beacon Construction is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
