Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Highbridge Mill Health runs clinics and patient services around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
