Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Fernwood Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
