Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Thistle Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
