Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Corner Property Management is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vendor invoices at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vendor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
