Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Iron Construction Group is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
