Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Foxglove Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Detroit plant, and we need a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
