Senior Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Northwind Union Hospitality is looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
